Every dog is unique, and some take longer to transition onto a new diet than others. If your dog is sensitive to food changes, we recommend to gradually transition from your dog’s old food to LUNCHBOX® over a period of five to seven days.

Our Board-Certified Animal Nutritionist uses the latest scientific knowledge to formulate our food to meet the nutritional and energy needs of dogs. We choose only the best quality human-grade ingredients and prepare our meals by gently cooking and hand preparing each individual meal. We top off our meals with our secret sauce to balance the vitamins and minerals for complete and balance nutrition with herbs and spices to make the food taste amazing. When you feed LUNCHBOX® you know you are feeding real food and not a processed mystery meat based food.

When you receive your box of meals, you can put them in the freezer for up to a year. You can thaw them in the refrigerator and keep them unopened for up to seven days. If you open the seal and feed part of a tray, you can cover and keep the food in the refrigerator for up to three days.

At LUNCHBOX® we are committed to the future of our planet. All packaging is recyclable. Our trays are recyclable plastic, the sleeves around each tray are paper. Our shipping containers are made of recyclable corrugate. We use Enviro Ice to keep your food frozen in transit, which is an environmentally friendly gel pack that can be used as plant food. We also have a program to collect the Enviro Ice on your next delivery, where they are sent off to be sanitized and reused.
